Part One: Positive Action for Negative Times

If you’re new to the WMA, it’s likely that you’re asking where this all began…and how, why and at what point did the World Meditation Alliance come about?

Pertinent questions…and ones that I need to take you back in time to the monthly meetings of the Band of Light and the bringing through of the Joseph Communications books in order to answer. Approximately once a month for many years the four members of ‘the Band of Light’ (Joseph’s terminology for our little group): myself, Jane, David and, of course, Michael, would gather on a Saturday morning at Michael’s house to sit quietly, and to support and protect him as he entered into a trance state in order to bring through a new chapter from the discarnate soul group spokesperson Joseph for whichever Joseph Communications book he happened to be dictating at the time.

On occasion, at the conclusion of Joseph’s address we would receive additional information, intended for our ears only at that time, and delivered by the specific members – spirits – from his soul group who created and controlled the energy bubble within which the communications could take place. Over the months and years we spent bringing through the books, on a number of occasions we were informed that maintaining the energy levels necessary for communication was becoming an increasingly difficult task for our spirit visitors to accomplish as the world had taken ‘a step down’ in vibration – had become more negative. Indeed, on one such occasion, so concerned were the members of Joseph’s soul group (and numerous other soul groups too) we were informed that they had held the equivalent (in our terms) of a vast ‘emergency conference’ regarding the state of the earth and what might be done to raise the vibrations of humanity.

At the time that news sounded serious enough, and a Joseph theme that runs throughout his books is the need for souls on earth to take responsibility and urgently introduce a higher, more spiritual vibration to our world while there is still time to do so. We had assumed, however, that there would be at least a few decades remaining during which humanity could work on a higher vibrational level to rectify what was increasingly going wrong in our world and pull us back from the cliff edge.

The events and challenges of the last couple of years, however… the dark, sticky, negative vibrations manifesting globally as a result of the materialistic direction society is steering us in ever more rapidly; the ignoring and seemingly deliberate eradication of all seeking that leads to and maintains a spiritual perspective on life; plus further communications we’ve received from the soul group on this subject (to watch filmed trance footage of this please visit our Youtube channel the Joseph Communications) indicate that we are far closer to an ‘end of days’ than we might like to think – unless we do something …and unless we do it quickly.

When everyone was ‘confined to quarters’ a couple of years ago we were, with deep regret, prevented by circumstance from meeting to produce our regular filmed discussions, and the general mood, both in the UK and across the globe, seemed to be at an all time low. Michael had known psychically that something was very wrong with our world for some time and, wishing to keep souls focussed on doing something positive, and on taking up Joseph’s directive to stream Divine Light energy from our heart centres into the world to lift vibrations and restore a spiritual balance to our planet, decided to instigate ‘Band of Light World Meditation Days’. On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays souls were invited via social media to unite with Joseph and his Soul Group in spirit at specific times to pour Light energy into our world and to all life here.

Concurrently, and as society gradually emerged from confinement, it became apparent, both to my mind and via the regular communications we were receiving from the soul group, that the Sanctuary of Healing had a vital role to play in addition to that of healing individuals (which it continues wholeheartedly to do, of course) – that being to act as a central nexus from which the aforementioned Light energy could be introduced to our world to transform things here and make a lasting difference.

Taking instruction and advice from a key member of Joseph’s soul group – the evolved spirit we call ‘the Persian Gentleman’ – and knowing that, as he tells us, ‘More is done by one person living in the Light for one day than by a hundred people who are submitting to the chaos of this world,’ and, as Joseph also states: ‘The one who takes up the way of the Light is far more powerful than a hundred or a thousand who don’t,’ we took the decision to create an Alliance that could unite meditators, spiritual seekers and spiritual workers across the planet, in person and via zoom, to allow them to work in unison each week towards a common goal – that of restoring our world to the cradle of love, decency, respect, harmony, spiritual opportunity, peace for All and consideration for all forms of life here it was created to be.

The World Meditation Alliance is the result of that imperative… but that’s not the end of the story… Something even more potent, powerful and unique was to be introduced into our proceedings by members of the soul group:

the Angelic Intention….

As a result of society increasingly denying – indeed, actively seeking to wipe out all traces of its spiritual origins and heritage, we find ourselves living in pivotal times.

We have been encouraged to lose sight of who and what we actually are; we have forgotten we are here to grow, to evolve, to become more, disconnecting ourselves from our inner compass, our connection to each other and our Divine origins.

In placing total faith in the ‘head-mind’, materially-based ‘band-aids’ we apply to our challenges on Earth, life here has, as a consequence, become a restricted, joyless experience, with global lust for power and control riding roughshod over the planet and its peoples, causing immeasurable suffering and hardship as it does so.

The healing Light energy – the Divine Light energy – each of us is capable of streaming out from our hearts into our world is in short supply currently, due to comparatively few souls across our planet understanding that they have access to a pure, transformative power-from-within with a limitless ability to restore and transform our lives and our planet if we will only choose to acknowledge it and dedicate time to using it.

The ongoing mission of the WMA is to unite as many souls as we possibly can with the specific aim of restoring and upholding the spiritual underpinnings of our world via the regular introduction of higher vibrational promptings into the collective field of human consciousness.

We created the Alliance in order to realise this common aim globally. Meetings take place weekly centred in the UK and the US, and we are working to establish further groups on every continent to bring in the Light and link with us, allowing the powerful ‘Angelic Intention’ directives regularly relayed via a concerned discarnate ‘soul group’ to be introduced.

We differ from many groups in that we concentrate, as one, on fixing ‘the bigger picture’. We meet not for ourselves but on behalf of every soul – every life – here, seeking, through a non-judgemental, non-denominational focus on spiritual reconnection and Angelic Intention, to re-establish and strengthen those nobler aspects of the human condition that are so vital to our futures and so lacking in our present: kindness, consideration, respect, tolerance, freedom, goodness and love.

As our numbers grow, so does our ability to make a lasting difference through positive change, with each WMA member acting as an ‘energy battery’ during our meetings, increasing numbers contributing increasing amounts of power to our efforts.

The origins of the the World Meditation Alliance lie with two people: Tony Clarkson, founder and creator of the Sanctuary of Healing, a charitable complementary therapy and spiritual development centre situated at the exact heart of England in the county of Lancashire; and Michael G. Reccia, trance medium for the internationally-acclaimed ‘Joseph Communications’ series of books and videos.

For many years ‘the Sanctuary’ has been the spiritual home of the Communications, which are delivered by highly evolved, discarnate spokesperson Joseph and other members of his soul group: a vast collective of evolved spirits who once lived on earth and who are deeply concerned for the future of humanity and our planet if we continue along the furrow we are currently ploughing. Acutely aware, as a result of the wealth of insights and information delivered by Joseph over a decade-plus period, that humanity and the world are in urgent need of the spiritual Light-energy every human being is capable of generating, and that the re-establishment of a non-denominational spiritual perspective here is absolutely essential if our current global problems are to be resolved, Tony and Michael, heeding advice, guidance and input from the soul group, felt compelled to create the World Meditation Alliance, with its objective of bringing together souls from across the globe to regularly stream into our world what the spirit collective describes as ‘Angelic Intentions.’

At core, our planet and its peoples have a spiritual ‘higher purpose’ and consciousness…hidden, still accessible, but all-but-forgotten by humanity as society increasingly – and in many cases deliberately – rejects any notion of the existence of – and of any connection to – a Source-of-All …a ‘Divinity’. The ‘Angelic Intentions’ are regular directives channelled to us by the soul group from even higher vibrations – from an angelic level of reality – requesting that specific, powerful, higher vibrational, time-sensitive energies from that source be streamed into the earth and offered to humanity to stimulate and strengthen spiritual consciousness, heal the planet and nurture every precious expression of life it hosts.

Initially group meetings were held on Friday afternoons only, hosted by Tony at the Sanctuary. A Monday-night group in the United States, hosted by Mark, was then created, and additional UK meetings are now also offered on Tuesday evenings, making the weekly sessions accessible to all those who are unable to attend WMA Friday meetings due to daytime commitments.

Numbers of participants continue to grow, and it is the objective of the World Meditation Alliance to form further allied groups across the world, continually increasing the scope, power and effectiveness of the energies generated during the weekly meditations.

There are many types of meditation, but they each have a common thread running through them: that of calming, focussing and taking charge of the often chaotic and demanding human mind and body – which in the normal course of things are unused to becoming still – to allow a person’s higher consciousness and senses to come to the fore for a time so that a number of desired ‘aims’, from applying healing energies to the body to interacting with higher states of being, can be achieved.

In the case of WMA meditations, each week participants are gently guided by the sessions’ hosts into a relaxed and peaceful state of mind and body as they are taken, step by step, through a simple process of activating and energising their principle ‘chakras’ – the seven major energy gateways positioned in a line down the centre of the body. This having been accomplished, and with members by this early point in each meeting now being connected to each other and to higher vibrations via these energy centres, the current “Angelic Intention’ is read out and contemplated, with each person acting as a channel, a ‘cell’ within, a vital part of the body of meditators, to allow the vibrations of the Intention to be introduced into this ‘reality’ and streamed out to the Earth and to all life on our planet.

At the conclusion of each session, members are quietly and safely returned to their everyday consciousness as their chakras are safely closed and sealed under the direction of the meeting’s host.

The altered state of consciousness participants experience during each meeting is peaceful, blissful and restorative – it is also vital, as a shift in focus from the material to the spiritual needs to take place prior to the channelling of each Intention – the complexity of society and of our head-minds, which are for the most part immersed in the heaviness and negativity of the field of collective human consciousness, inhibiting spiritual objectives from being accomplished until such time as we raise our personal vibrations to gain access to ‘the bigger picture’.

Why do the discarnate spirits providing the intentions require WMA members to be participants in each ‘streaming’ session? Why do the Angelic Intentions not simply affect our world directly, without members needing to work together as an essential part of the process? Because the Intentions require an earthly ‘anchor’ – a focal point and outlet in this reality that permits them to be distributed at a vibrational rate that can touch and inform – and thus be considered subconsciously by – all life here. So high are the frequencies they present to us, they would not be perceptible and effective here were they not first filtered down to our vibrational level via ‘the human factor’ – that is, as a result of members acting as incarnate ‘distribution centres’, allowing pure spiritual intent to infuse and influence the dense ‘soup’ of the earthly vibration during each meeting.

I would like to explain exactly what is involved in each ‘WMA’ meditation session…

Of course, meditation conjures up many different images in people…

One person might regard meditation as sitting quietly whilst spiritual music plays in the background.

For another it could signify a retreat into total silence, or perhaps the repetition of a ‘mantra’.

The physical stance whilst meditating, such as adopting a yoga position, can also be important to some individuals and groups, as can, for example, subtle disciplines for certain parts of the body, such as holding the third finger against the thumb… the list goes on.

All of these things can have value and be helpful as a preparation for aligning oneself with higher vibrational frequencies. The purpose of this communication, however,  is to let you know in advance exactly what you can expect during a WMA session.

We sit in unity with a common purpose.

…That purpose being to align ourselves with ‘Angelic Intentions’: specific spiritual frequencies that are active over certain time periods in helping the Earth and humanity.

We act as human conduits – channellers – for these vibrations, working together to bring in spiritual energies and intentions that can re-introduce love and harmony to our world and effect lasting, positive change here, streaming them out to all souls and to all life non-judgmentally.

We do not concentrate on individual requests – sitting instead for the whole of humanity and for our planet.

How do we receive the ‘Angelic Intentions’?

Each month (approximately) we receive a new intention channelled through trance medium Michael G Reccia. This imperative, delivered to us by a communicator from of an evolved discarnate ‘soul group’ of spirits, explains in detail the needs (vibrationally) of the Earth and humanity during the period the new intention will be active for, and also the effect the intention’s energies will have on our planet and its peoples..

Who can take part?

Absolutely anyone who sincerely wishes to see real, lasting, positive, spiritual change take place on a global level.

What will I do during the Meditation?

It’s simple:

Once you register, you will be sent an access link by email in advance of each meeting.

Prior to joining the meeting you minimise any noise and eliminate any potential interruptions from around you (by switching off your phone, for example).

You then sit down and make yourself comfortable.

The actual meditation lasts for around an hour, with fifteen minutes’ grace beforehand during which participants can join the meeting via Zoom.

Once the meditation begins the session’s host will gently guide you into a state of inner calm and peace. Don’t worry – you will be able to easily accomplish this part with our guidance.

This first step connects us to each other, to the Angelic realm ‘above’ us, and to the Earth beneath our feet (this initial ‘tuning in’ visualisation – lasting around twenty minutes – is identical for each session and your proficiency will grow as you become increasingly familiar with it).

The next step is for the current Angelic Intention to be read out. As this is done members unconditionally align themselves with the intentions and frequencies of the angelic realm.

Having done this it’s time to become still and allow the vibrational frequencies of the current Intention to transfer down from the Angelic realm, through us, for distribution as appropriate via the energy system (Ley lines) of the Earth and also, through the group, to all souls and all forms of life across the globe.

Once this infusion of spiritual energy is complete, either myself or one of my colleagues will gently bring you around and ensure that you are safely returned to your everyday state of consciousness. Have no worries – you will be guided and protected at every stage of every meditation.

Together we work in selfless service of humanity and our planet to ensure the establishment of a decent, kind, loving, respectful, spiritually-aware future for our world, for this generation and for generations to come.

Lasting positive change for our world can only happen through the reintroduction of a global, non-denominational, spiritual perspective and spiritual values. Abandon our spiritual heritage, as we have been increasingly urged to do by society of late, and we abandon our humanity and our true purpose in being here.

We, as a group, can be a vital part of the change that must and will manifest in the near future.

Your infusion of Divine heart-Light into this ‘field’ of conscious energy via the WMA’s sessions is therefore helping to manifest a happier, brighter, kinder tomorrow for you too.

And there are other benefits… For example, as a ‘bonus’ to taking part in our meetings, WMA members can’t help but become increasingly proficient meditators; able to quickly and easily reach a point of inner stillness, healing and peace – a capability that allows them to draw energy and wisdom from their true selves not only during each weekly session, but also at other times of their choosing, enabling them to call on higher vibrational inspirations and energies that can steer them through the challenges of life in a calmer, much more effective way… Everything finally makes sense and changes for the better forever once a person begins to look at this life through opened spiritual eyes.

We are here to love each other – not to harm, subjugate or dominate each other; not to ruthlessly vie for power and control; not to worship money and hoard shiny trinkets. These self-destructive tendencies within society are rapidly creating a morally bankrupt and spiritually redundant humanity.

This world has a spiritual imperative – that of presenting a beautiful, nurturing backdrop against which visiting souls – us – can joyously explore and realise their potential as individuals and as groups united in common purpose …and that imperative still exists beneath the dense vibrations of materiality society has submerged itself in. The Earth’s true purpose can be reinstated with help from restorative energies originating from more refined vibrations of reality – vibrations we, as the spirit people we really are, originate from and are still connected to via our hearts.

Recreating the utopia the Earth was and is still intended to be is not an impossible task, no matter how dark things may currently seem …all it would take to create lasting peace and harmony here is for enough of us to work together with the higher vibrational healing energies – ‘Angelic Intentions’, as we call them – that are constantly being transmitted to us.

As a result of having constructed a dense prison of low vibration around ourselves and our world, for the ‘Angelic Intentions’ offered to us to have the desired transformative effect on our lives and the planet, it is required at present that they be filtered into society via human ‘receptors’ acting as channels for their high frequencies.

That’s where the WMA comes in, its regular meetings uniting members as a super-efficient family of Light-workers – a family caring enough to spend a little of its time each week streaming pure vibrations into our world to mend this planet and heal its peoples.

What do we hope to achieve? …We are working towards a day that must dawn –  a day when humanity comes to its senses, acknowledges its spiritual origins and stops harming itself and this beautiful world. The Light-energy and Intentions members unite to distribute to our planet and every soul living on it each week have the power to change everything here for the better… for ourselves, our families and all for life on Earth.
