Which Type of Meditation Do You Practise?

There are many types of meditation, but they each have a common thread running through them: that of calming, focussing and taking charge of the often chaotic and demanding human mind and body – which in the normal course of things are unused to becoming still – to allow a person’s higher consciousness and senses to come to the fore for a time so that a number of desired ‘aims’, from applying healing energies to the body to interacting with higher states of being, can be achieved.

In the case of WMA meditations, each week participants are gently guided by the sessions’ hosts into a relaxed and peaceful state of mind and body as they are taken, step by step, through a simple process of activating and energising their principle ‘chakras’ – the seven major energy gateways positioned in a line down the centre of the body. This having been accomplished, and with members by this early point in each meeting now being connected to each other and to higher vibrations via these energy centres, the current “Angelic Intention’ is read out and contemplated, with each person acting as a channel, a ‘cell’ within, a vital part of the body of meditators, to allow the vibrations of the Intention to be introduced into this ‘reality’ and streamed out to the Earth and to all life on our planet.

At the conclusion of each session, members are quietly and safely returned to their everyday consciousness as their chakras are safely closed and sealed under the direction of the meeting’s host.

The altered state of consciousness participants experience during each meeting is peaceful, blissful and restorative – it is also vital, as a shift in focus from the material to the spiritual needs to take place prior to the channelling of each Intention – the complexity of society and of our head-minds, which are for the most part immersed in the heaviness and negativity of the field of collective human consciousness, inhibiting spiritual objectives from being accomplished until such time as we raise our personal vibrations to gain access to ‘the bigger picture’.

Why do the discarnate spirits providing the intentions require WMA members to be participants in each ‘streaming’ session? Why do the Angelic Intentions not simply affect our world directly, without members needing to work together as an essential part of the process? Because the Intentions require an earthly ‘anchor’ – a focal point and outlet in this reality that permits them to be distributed at a vibrational rate that can touch and inform – and thus be considered subconsciously by – all life here. So high are the frequencies they present to us, they would not be perceptible and effective here were they not first filtered down to our vibrational level via ‘the human factor’ – that is, as a result of members acting as incarnate ‘distribution centres’, allowing pure spiritual intent to infuse and influence the dense ‘soup’ of the earthly vibration during each meeting.

Angelic Intention: Lifeline

PG: You can call the intention ‘Lifeline’.

‘In the normal course of things spirits who have incarnated into physicality are fed from within (and ‘food’ is a very good analogy) with Divine energy. That Divine energy ensures that the physical body and the mental body that they have inhabited are maintained at optimum level. In other words, they don’t become sick, they don’t become mentally challenged, their vehicle is perfect for the duration of their particular incarnation. 

‘The intention, from the 24th. of May until the 21st. of June, is that the energies that always flow from the Source, from within, to each spirit that is incarnated in physicality on Earth during this period are effective. In other words, they strengthen the bond between physicality and Source energy. 

‘In order for the energies to be most effective during this time; to restore people – for that is the intention: to some extent to restore energetic balance and purpose within incarnated spirits on Earth – it is also important that people become still, so there is a duality to this intention. The first intention is to strengthen the reception of the energies… the energies are constant from Divinity, from Source… to strengthen the reception of these energies during this period for souls on earth. 

‘The second intent is that a stillness should come across the Earth so that people can take stock, and in taking stock and in slowing down, and in becoming still for a period each day during the intention period the energies will replenish them, will restore them, and will be accepted more easily on a subconscious level. If accepted subconsciously by souls during this period, then not only will they be restored – their ailments will lessen; their mental stresses will lessen – but they will begin, it is hoped, to see more clearly. So ‘clarity of vision’ is also an ‘intention within the intention’. And by ‘clarity of vision’ I mean, of course, a return to spiritual consciousness, spiritual values and spiritual connections with the Earth, with each other and with all expressions of life. 

‘As a coda: the intention will also enhance in a positive way existence for all forms of life on Earth during this period, and will bring a greater joy to those forms of life that are not encumbered with the mental and physical ailments that apply to human souls because of the complexity they have attributed to these aspects of their being.’

What To Expect During Meditation

I would like to explain exactly what is involved in each ‘WMA’ meditation session…

Of course, meditation conjures up many different images in people…

One person might regard meditation as sitting quietly whilst spiritual music plays in the background.

For another it could signify a retreat into total silence, or perhaps the repetition of a ‘mantra’.

The physical stance whilst meditating, such as adopting a yoga position, can also be important to some individuals and groups, as can, for example, subtle disciplines for certain parts of the body, such as holding the third finger against the thumb… the list goes on.

All of these things can have value and be helpful as a preparation for aligning oneself with higher vibrational frequencies. The purpose of this communication, however,  is to let you know in advance exactly what you can expect during a WMA session.

We sit in unity with a common purpose.

…That purpose being to align ourselves with ‘Angelic Intentions’: specific spiritual frequencies that are active over certain time periods in helping the Earth and humanity.

We act as human conduits – channellers – for these vibrations, working together to bring in spiritual energies and intentions that can re-introduce love and harmony to our world and effect lasting, positive change here, streaming them out to all souls and to all life non-judgmentally.

We do not concentrate on individual requests – sitting instead for the whole of humanity and for our planet.

How do we receive the ‘Angelic Intentions’?

Each month (approximately) we receive a new intention channelled through trance medium Michael G Reccia. This imperative, delivered to us by a communicator from of an evolved discarnate ‘soul group’ of spirits, explains in detail the needs (vibrationally) of the Earth and humanity during the period the new intention will be active for, and also the effect the intention’s energies will have on our planet and its peoples..

Who can take part?

Absolutely anyone who sincerely wishes to see real, lasting, positive, spiritual change take place on a global level.

What will I do during the Meditation?

It’s simple:

Once you register, you will be sent an access link by email in advance of each meeting.

Prior to joining the meeting you minimise any noise and eliminate any potential interruptions from around you (by switching off your phone, for example).

You then sit down and make yourself comfortable.

The actual meditation lasts for around an hour, with fifteen minutes’ grace beforehand during which participants can join the meeting via Zoom.

Once the meditation begins the session’s host will gently guide you into a state of inner calm and peace. Don’t worry – you will be able to easily accomplish this part with our guidance.

This first step connects us to each other, to the Angelic realm ‘above’ us, and to the Earth beneath our feet (this initial ‘tuning in’ visualisation – lasting around twenty minutes – is identical for each session and your proficiency will grow as you become increasingly familiar with it).

The next step is for the current Angelic Intention to be read out. As this is done members unconditionally align themselves with the intentions and frequencies of the angelic realm.

Having done this it’s time to become still and allow the vibrational frequencies of the current Intention to transfer down from the Angelic realm, through us, for distribution as appropriate via the energy system (Ley lines) of the Earth and also, through the group, to all souls and all forms of life across the globe.

Once this infusion of spiritual energy is complete, either myself or one of my colleagues will gently bring you around and ensure that you are safely returned to your everyday state of consciousness. Have no worries – you will be guided and protected at every stage of every meditation.

Together we work in selfless service of humanity and our planet to ensure the establishment of a decent, kind, loving, respectful, spiritually-aware future for our world, for this generation and for generations to come.

Lasting positive change for our world can only happen through the reintroduction of a global, non-denominational, spiritual perspective and spiritual values. Abandon our spiritual heritage, as we have been increasingly urged to do by society of late, and we abandon our humanity and our true purpose in being here.

The Spiritual Imperative

The original intention for this planet was for every soul visiting it to be in full knowledge of the fact that they were not only a physical person, but also a spirit person; that their journey through this life had a purpose; that they were an eternal – immortal – being, and that there was absolutely nothing to fear from so-called ‘death…

 …Now doesn’t that sound like a liberating perspective compared to the limiting, restrictive way we are being urged to live at the moment?

We are here to love each other – not to harm, subjugate or dominate each other; not to ruthlessly vie for power and control; not to worship money and hoard shiny trinkets. These self-destructive tendencies within society are rapidly creating a morally bankrupt and spiritually redundant humanity.

This world has a spiritual imperative – that of presenting a beautiful, nurturing backdrop against which visiting souls – us – can joyously explore and realise their potential as individuals and as groups united in common purpose …and that imperative still exists beneath the dense vibrations of materiality society has submerged itself in. The Earth’s true purpose can be reinstated with help from restorative energies originating from more refined vibrations of reality – vibrations we, as the spirit people we really are, originate from and are still connected to via our hearts.

Recreating the utopia the Earth was and is still intended to be is not an impossible task, no matter how dark things may currently seem …all it would take to create lasting peace and harmony here is for enough of us to work together with the higher vibrational healing energies – ‘Angelic Intentions’, as we call them – that are constantly being transmitted to us.

As a result of having constructed a dense prison of low vibration around ourselves and our world, for the ‘Angelic Intentions’ offered to us to have the desired transformative effect on our lives and the planet, it is required at present that they be filtered into society via human ‘receptors’ acting as channels for their high frequencies.

That’s where the WMA comes in, its regular meetings uniting members as a super-efficient family of Light-workers – a family caring enough to spend a little of its time each week streaming pure vibrations into our world to mend this planet and heal its peoples.

What do we hope to achieve? …We are working towards a day that must dawn –  a day when humanity comes to its senses, acknowledges its spiritual origins and stops harming itself and this beautiful world. The Light-energy and Intentions members unite to distribute to our planet and every soul living on it each week have the power to change everything here for the better… for ourselves, our families and all for life on Earth.

Angelic Intention: Expansion

The title of the new intention is: ‘Expansion’.

– And just as the last intention was over a short period, this intention covers a longer period – from April 12th. until May 25th. inclusive. The intention during this period is to prompt the human heart to open to the possibility of each human being being more than it appears to be; open to the possibility of considering the physical universe – not just the planet, but the physical universe around it; open to the possibility of considering the spiritual realms – the spiritual spheres – beyond the Earth and beyond the physical universe; open to the possibility of there being other universes. …To expand the heart that, at this moment, is ‘contracted’; restricted; locked-in …is considering only the smallest of perceptions.

In order to experience angelic consciousness the human heart has to become aware of and make a connection to that consciousness – and it is this prerogative that the intention is concentrating on during this period. By opening up the human heart; by urging that – subconsciously and spiritually – the individual consider that there is more to it, that there is more around it than simply the Earth and its limited perception, it is hoped that connection will be made – or re-made – with angelic vibrations which will continue that journey of expansion for each soul on Earth, allowing them to make judgements based on a greater view rather than being entrenched in ingrained views that are causing such problems on Earth at the moment. 

People will find themselves for the first time moving their consciousness away from just the Earth… considering the stars, the planets, the solar systems, the galaxies… considering where the limits of the physical universe can be found and considering what lies beyond the physical universe. Such inner promptings will, as with all Angelic Intentions at this time, cause disturbance. Cause unrest. Cause unease. But there will, of course, be positive aspects too, and these will outweigh the unease. The positive aspects will be that, perhaps for the first time in their lifetime, many souls will begin to understand the confinement of the human condition and acknowledge that there is an expanded consciousness that will take them beyond that human condition and bring into the human condition greater knowledge, greater appreciation of creation and a reconnection with Divine guidance and angelic influence.

During this time many souls will experience vivid dreams which, if interpreted correctly, will convey to them a sense of being ‘expanded’; of being taken into a greater vision of reality… and if these dreams are not interpreted correctly then they will be repeated so that souls will be given multiple opportunities to contemplate a greater world than they have experienced thus far in their lives, and to break the confines of head-mind thinking – to ‘unshackle’ themselves and let in vibrations that will give them access to the knowledge that there is a greater reality than the one they perceive through their limiting physical and mental senses. 

Angelic Intention: Remember

The Intention from March 19th until April 12th is: REMEMBER…

…The one-word title for this Intention is: REMEMBER, and during this period there will be a strong vibration that will urge – its intention is to urge – people to reconnect with their spiritual memories. This is not a conscious thing – this will take place on a spiritual level for the most part, and on a subconscious level with people, but will ‘flick that switch’ that reconnects them with their true identity.

It is a very intense period. It is a period of ‘shifting values’ – of being unsettled by examining the fact that there is ‘something more’ to the human being; and it is a restorative vibration that will allow the correct flow of information from the Divine Source to each individual and remind them that they are, as a human being, only expressing a fragment of their true potential. Once that true potential is ‘re- recognised’; is ‘re-membered’, then their stance from the material viewpoint will be altered, and they will be urged to let go of the heavy vibrations that are causing so much damage to your world and to each other at the moment.

This is a vibration that reaches in to the heart of every human being; every life on Earth, including animal life, to restore spiritual consciousness and a sense of expansion; a sense of being greater than the limiting and confining viewpoint of the human encapsulation of the spirit.

Ask the members of the meditation groups to also, during this time- period, reflect on their true identity, because in remembering to a greater extent who they are they also increase their efficiency during those times when they meditate as a group and individually. So, this is an opportunity for the meditators to also gain efficacy in their work as streamers of the Light and Angelic Vibrations.

It is planned that there will be further ‘U-turns’ in the way that those in power are viewing the world during this period IF the intention is delivered with sufficient strength during this time of inner reflection and reconnection.

Angelic Intention: Peace

He says: A one word intention as a title, and the word is: PEACE. And you might think that peace is a simple intention to bring through.

However, what is not understand is that peace is the natural ‘rest’ period of the creative spiritual process. It is a time between creations when one can examine what one has created and let go of that which is no longer of use to the individual and to the community. So, the vibration of peace

  • the angelic intention of peace – is an extremely important one, and from February 18th. until March the 23rd. the concept of peace will be presented to all souls on the planet and to the planet itself.

The vibration of peace is a state of observation; is a state of connection with THAT WHICH IS throughout the universe; is a state of knowing that all is well, that anything that is extraneous to the way forwards needs to be let go of during this period. A state of peace is something that not many minds will appreciate, and it is hoped that during this period that vibration of peace, of rest, of consideration can affect as many minds as possible and can also give them the inspiration that peace IS POSSIBLE, because it will also reveal to them the possibilities of peace

  • the vision of a peaceful world and peaceful hearts and minds.

With regard to the planet, peace is also a clearing out vibration so that the planet that has been infested with the negative thoughts and intentions of society and those in ‘authority’ – or so-called authority – can be free of those vibrations that irritate and pull apart and destroy the eco-system and the natural, peaceful operation of your world.

…One small word, one HUGE concept.

Please channel the angelic intention of peace during the period that I mentioned and allow it to bring the true meaning – the understanding of the concept – to as many minds and as many lives as possible.
